2013, Begin making and selling Fenberger House chutney, first Record Sandwich Club listening sessions, first Flicker Art Research sessions, experiments with home-made Dreamachine.

2014, Peter McDonald drawing exhibition, Creation of hermit painting viewing cubicles on 2nd floor, Flicker Art Research and Deep Listening workshops.

2015, The Crystal Horizon exhibition and interview with Ms Junko Tabei, Record Sandwich Club sessions, Tibetan Medicine summer workshop with Yasushi Ogawa.

2016, The Pose of the Time Machine exhibition, Excavations in the garden and unearthing of works, ongoing Record Sandwich Club, workshops.

2017, Dancing into the Cave exhibition with display of Flicker Art Research drawings, ongoing Listening sessions, workshop with hearing impaired visitors, workshop with AIT visiting Yutaka Matsuzawa’s Psi Room and Fenberger House, Peter McDonald exhibition from the collection at Mochizuki ‘Arigatou Hoikuen’ (Thank You Kindergarten) project, Residential Full Moon workshop and night ritual with Yuya and Yumiko Kojo, Members of ESTAR (SER) weekend visit and workshop at Fenberger House, Attentional Practices and lecture in Tokyo with AIT.

2018, Founding of The Museum of Cosmic Consciousness, first exhibition, creation of micro museum pamphlet, Fumiko McDonald’s paintings exhibited in the house, roundtable discussion with Director of Yutaka Matsuzawa Psi Foundation Yoshiko Shimada at the house, extensive audio slideshow screenings, Director visit to Kushiro Hokkaido for cosmic consciousness talk and music selections in a dome on a frozen lake, ‘Be Here Now’ residential workshops.

2019, Renovations in the house to make 4 bedrooms, The Centre for Monitoring Earth Extinction Adaptations established, first Climate Crisis research gathering at the house with local Mochizuki Are Kore Climate Action, first public hearing of Civic Recovery Centre Mochizuki with Fumiya Sawa, various visitors including Ms Banana Yoshimoto (writer).

2020, Construction and completion of the Shankar Dome in garden.
